Our company having embarked on food safety program early, attained our ISO 22000:2004 certification in the year 2014. We have upgraded our certification to FSSC 22000. FSSC 22000 is fully recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) and is based on existing ISO Standards. Being Food Safety System compliant also allows us to have full traceability system. It demonstrates our company has a good Food Safety Management System in place that meets the requirements of our customers and consumers. All our products are HALAL certified. Our company is also registered with US Food Drug Authority.

We believe Food Safety begins with farmers as such, we educate farmers on proper methodology of harvest, drying and cleaning on acceptable conditions. With proper control on food safety from onset, we are able to deliver high quality standards to our buyers with full traceability.

Our Nuts Division is equipped with many machineries that aid our well trained staff in the various processes of cashews. Our raw cashew nut plant is able to handle, from the processing raw cashews, cutting the raw nuts to deliver in semi-finished stage. The nuts are then further processed in controlled environment for moisture and quality where the cashews are sorted, graded and packed as per buyer’s requirement. There are quality control inspections in every stage of process.

Our Spices Division handles both whole spices and ground spices. We sort, clean and process the various spices before they move to the next stage of processing. We are also able to steam sterilize our spices for buyers who have specific controlled microbiological requirements. We process Ground Spice to meet the requirement of buyers in terms of fineness, texture and moisture. Being an industrial food ingredient supplier, we work with buyer to match their product requirements.



Seasoning is the process of adding salt, herbs, or spices to food to enhance the flavour. Seasonings include herbs and spices, which are themselves frequently referred to as "seasonings". The five basic tastes are sweet, sour, salty, bitter and umami, and in cooking — as in life — opposites often attract. Certain flavours belong together. When a dish tastes great, there isn’t just a single flavour at work. The right mix of ingredients creates a complex harmony of tastes. Great flavour is all about getting the right combination of spices, herbs and aromatics in the mix.


Meat Processing

This list of complementary spices can serve as a resource for making the meat taste better than it ever has. As flavour preference is highly subjective, so these are only suggestions. Something people think tastes great with beef might not even be on the list at all. Experiment with combinations of spices to find the best ones for the taste. With beef, people is looking for herbs and spices that are savoury and have a strong flavor of their own. Something like onion or garlic will add a lot to the flavour of beef, but cinnamon would not be the best choice because it’s not as complimentary. Herbs are excellent with lamb, but things like cinnamon and cumin are good too. Poultry, like fish, has a lot of opportunity hiding in its flesh. Often milder in flavour, people can make poultry taste out of this world with the right combination of spices. Since it can have so many different flavour options, people can go with savoury spices like curry powders, bright spices like mint, or even herbs like tarragon. Poultry is one of the easier types of meat to season because people really can’t pick something that doesn’t suit it. Choose the meat spices based on what the rest of the meal is going to taste like.
